Use People to save frequent recipients. A signing group stores several people for reuse at a signing stage.
Save a contact
Open People and select Contacts.
Select Add contact.
Enter the person’s Full name and Email address.
Under Who can use this contact?, choose Only you or an available team.
Select Save contact.
You can also select Save contact beside someone in Recent recipients or the Organization directory. Review their details before you save.
Use People to manage frequent recipients.
Create a signing group
In People, select Signing groups.
Select New signing group and enter a Group name.
Under Who signs when you use this group?, choose Any one person or Everyone.
Use Add a saved contact or enter each person’s name and email. Select Add a person for more recipients.
Choose who can use the group, then select Save signing group.
Each person in a group needs a different email address. With Any one person, one response can complete the group’s stage. With Everyone, all members must respond.
Choose whether anyone or everyone in a group must respond.
Share or archive saved entries
A team can see and reuse entries shared with that team. Sharing a contact or group does not grant access to your documents.
Edit an entry to update its details. Select Archive to remove it from the saved list. Existing documents and signatures stay unchanged.
If no teams appear, ask your organization administrator to check your group membership. Then refresh teams in Settings under Teams and privacy.
