Open Reports to see document progress and outstanding signatures.

Choose your report

  1. Choose a Team, or keep All accessible documents.

  2. Set the Document creation date range, or leave it at Any date.

  3. Review the totals and document list. Open a document for more detail.

The date filter uses the document’s creation date. It does not filter by the date someone signed.

Read the totals

  • Documents: documents created in the selected range.

  • Completed: documents with completed signing.

  • Awaiting signatures: sent documents that remain open.

  • Signatures outstanding: required signatures that are still needed.

If a stage lets any one person sign, it needs one signature. It does not count every person in that stage as outstanding.

Export a CSV

Select Export CSV to download the report with your current team and date filters. Keep the downloaded file with people who should have access to its contents.

Email a report

  1. Set the team and date filters.

  2. Select Send report.

  3. Choose one or more people in your workspace under Send to.

  4. Select Send report in the dialog.

Each person receives only documents they can access. Their totals may differ from yours. Recipients must have a verified email address.

If delivery partly fails, retry only the recipients named in the error. If delivery status is uncertain, check their inboxes before sending again.
