Bulk send creates a separate agreement for each CSV row. Use it when many people need their own copy of the same agreement.
Prepare the template and CSV
Save and review a template first. For generated documents with changing details, use document placeholders or a signing page. Positioned PDF fields can require individual review.
Export your spreadsheet as CSV. Use a unique, non-empty heading for every column. Include a full name and email address for each person.
Use no more than 250 data rows and 100 columns. Keep the file smaller than 256 KB.

Replace the example values with your real recipients before sending.
Match and review
Open Bulk send.
Choose the Saved template and upload the CSV file.
Select the Recipient role that changes for each row.
Choose the Full name column and Email column.
Match document details to CSV columns, or choose Keep template value.
Set the name and email for the other recipient roles. These people stay the same across the batch.
Select Validate and preview.
Review every recipient and personalized value. If rows need attention, correct your CSV and upload it again. Validation does not send agreements.
Match spreadsheet columns to recipient details and review the mapped values.
Send and track
Check the confirmation box after your review, then select the button showing the number of agreements to send.
Sending continues if you close the page. Return to Recent batches and select View recipients and results for each row's status.
Use Pause or Resume for a batch when available. Pausing does not recall agreements already sent. Use Retry failed for failed items, and View agreement to open a created document.
Check each row and the final confirmation before sending the batch.
