  3. In Personalize your document, enter a document name.

  4. Enter a full name and email address for each recipient role.

  5. Fill in the document details. You can leave details empty in a draft, but must complete required details before sending.

Update or copy a template

Select Edit on the template card to change its document content or signing setup. Save the template when you finish.

Use More and Settings to change its name, description, role labels, or sharing. Existing documents stay unchanged.

Choose Duplicate template from More when you need a separate version for another use.

Share with a team

In Template settings, use Who can use this template? to choose a team. Current members can read and reuse the template's content.

A private template is available only to its owner. Check the saved files and values before sharing. They are part of the template.

If no teams are available, ask your organization administrator to check your group membership, then refresh Teams.

Archive a template

Open More, choose Archive, and confirm with Archive template. It leaves the template list. Documents already created from it remain available.
