When everyone finishes, RakeSign keeps the completed agreement available in Documents.

Download the signed PDF

  1. Open Documents and choose Completed.

  2. Open the agreement you need.

  3. Check that it shows Document completed.

  4. Select Signed PDF.

For a request that is not complete, the download button is called Download PDF. Check the status before treating a download as the final signed agreement.

Use Open PDF to open the available PDF in a separate browser tab.

Download the activity record

On the document details page, select Download activity record. The record downloads as a JSON file.

For a readable view inside RakeSign, open the Activity tab.

Save a completed copy to Workspace

The document owner can save the completed PDF to an available CloudRaker Workspace Space.

  1. Open the completed document.

  2. Find Save a signed copy to Workspace.

  3. Choose a Workspace destination.

  4. Select Save a copy….

  5. Review who can see the copy, then select Confirm and save copy.

The copy becomes visible to collaborators and administrators with access to the chosen Space. The original agreement keeps its RakeSign privacy settings.

This saves the existing signed PDF. Nobody needs to sign again.

Set automatic saving before you send

On Review & send, open After everyone finishes. Choose a Workspace destination and confirm I want to share the completed copy with this space.

Select Save completion settings. Choose Keep the completed agreement in Sign only if you do not want an automatic Workspace copy.

If saving to Workspace fails

Check the message beside the saving status and use the available retry action. A failed Workspace copy does not change completed signatures.

If no Workspace destinations are available, you can still download the signed PDF from RakeSign.
